Cluster webinar “Implementation of Data space and interoperability for flexibility services using DES. Perspectives from the InterSTORE-FLEXCHESS-PARMENIDES projects.”
📅 6 November 2024
⏰ 10:00 – 11:50 AM CET
On 6 November 2024, FlexCHESS, PARMENIDES, and InterSTORE will host their second cluster webinar.
This event will delve into the intricacies of data spaces, focusing on architecture, interoperability, eco-system development, and standardisation. The webinar will emphasise the significance of ontologies and semantic interoperability, particularly in smart energy systems, while highlighting successful implementations in the field.
Ferdinado Bosco from Engineering Group will present the InterSTORE project, demonstrating how the data space approach can significantly enhance the digitalization of energy systems.
Tim Farnham from TOSHIBA will present the FlexCHESS project, concentrating on the Asset Administration Shell (AAS) and Battery Passport data models for cross-domain digital twin interoperability.
The PARMENIDES project will be introduced by Olivier Genest, from Trialog, who will explore the role of ontologies and semantic interoperability.
Following the presentations, Dr. Mark Stefan, from AIT Austrian Institute of Technology GmbH, will lead the panel discussion and deliver the closing remarks.
