InterSTORE final event

InterSTORE is set to end in December 2025, and with this in mind, the project’s Final Event, took place on 25 November 2025 in Brussels, Belgium.

The InterSTORE Final Event was a hybrid, one-day gathering that showcased the project’s outcomes on interoperable, open, and standards-based control of distributed energy storage. The event brought together speakers from the European Commission, such as representatives of DG CONNECT, the SunSpec Alliance and our project partners.

Throughout the event, project partners showcased demo results, explored sustainable business models, and outlined a roadmap for long-term adoption beyond the project’s duration. They also presented tools that had been developed within the project, including solutions for the seamless integration of distributed storage systems with servers, protocol converters for connecting legacy devices, and methods for testing and validating interoperability.

In addition, the event introduced the results achieved in securing\data-sharing through Data Space connectors and the HyDEMS platform, which aggregated hybrid energy assets into flexible, market-ready solutions.
